• All orders ship with DHL worldwide within 2-10 business days and inside Greece with Speedex within 2-5 business days. Orders come with a tracking number.
• Shipping costs are calculated right after you specify your country in the order form.
• Customers are responsible for any custom taxes that may apply in their country.
• Extra care in packaging is taken to ensure that the delicate ceramics are shipped absolutely safe. We take no responsibility for improper handling by Post Office. However you can choose to pay the insurance of your shipment.
• Please reuse or recycle the packing materials.
• Pickup option available: You can get your order directly from my workshop, in case you don’t want to wait for the Post (plus, you avoid the shipping costs). Also, it’s a nice chance to come and say hi!
• Each of the products has its own packaging.
• If you want to make a gift and write a note, you can send us a note that we will add to the packaging.
• Please note: Because of the manual nature of the process, each item is unique. Slight variations might be present in the shape, color or size of the items.
